Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in supporting Senior Leaders within a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Sharepoint, and are technically confident.
  • Strong ability to quickly develop positive working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Display a high standard of professionalism and tact when handling confidential and sensitive information, and while navigating stressful or time sensitive situations.
  • Proven ability to multitask competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the senior leadership team of the Area and provide administrative duties, as necessary.
  • Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and editing a variety of documents. This includes but is not limited to; highly confidential correspondence, contracts, proposals, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Support the senior leadership team in a professional manner, providing appropriate communications and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the Senior Vice President's schedule, including arranging travel details and managing itineraries.
  • Coordinate schedules, manage expense reports, manage calendars, and prepare itineraries for senior leadership and Area events.
  • Lead and assist in the planning and coordination of items such as meetings and events, including communication, catering, and logistics.
  • Provide front desk reception coverage, as needed.
  • Oversee a variety of office related administrative duties, including procurement of office furniture and supplies.
  • People leader responsibilities, as required.
