About The Position

As Executive Assistant to the AVP of Global Security Sales, you will serve as the operational backbone of a rapidly scaling global sales organization as ServiceNow expands into Identity Security. You will operate at the center of a growing global team across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring leadership focus, operational rigor, and seamless execution. This is a high-visibility role in a build-phase environment — startup velocity with enterprise scale. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity while driving structure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting senior leadership in high-growth, startup, or M&A environments
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global setting
  • Strong business judgment and understanding of leadership priorities
  • High discretion handling confidential organizational and hiring information
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Concur, Slack/Teams, recruiting platforms
  • Located within 35 miles of 10 CityPlace, West Palm Beach

  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, or identity security environments
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve workflows
  • CRM familiarity (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar)
  • Corporate event planning experience

Responsibilities

  • Own complex, multi-time zone calendar management across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritization, conflict resolution, and time allocation
  • Prepare leadership for meetings with clear agendas, context, and materials
  • Drive meeting discipline and ensure follow-through on action items
  • Partner with recruiting to coordinate high-volume interview scheduling
  • Maintain hiring trackers and pipeline documentation with precision
  • Ensure candidates and new hires have professional, seamless experience
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics
  • Submit and track expense reports in Concur with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain org charts, headcount tracking, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate logistics for major sales events (SKO, RSA, Nexus, etc.)
  • Lead cross-functional operational projects from planning through execution
  • Serve as connective tissue between regional leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and clarity
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure new hires are operational from Day 1
  • Be a strong collaborator and point of contact for new hires as they ramp up
