About The Position

We are looking for a world-class, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to operate at the heart of our leadership team. This role is a strategic partner to the C-Suite, driving alignment, execution, and momentum across a fast-moving, high-growth organization. The Executive Assistant will be the engine that keeps the leadership machine running by anticipating needs, creating clarity in high-stakes situations, navigating complex dynamics with confidence and discretion, and driving leaders to focus on what truly moves the business forward. In short, this role makes the executives and the company faster, sharper, and more effective.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, complex, multi-leader environments
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple executives or teams and deliver results in high-pressure settings
  • Track record of executing with precision while thinking strategically
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Own the rhythm of the C-Suite: calendars, priorities, and decisions
  • Remove barriers so leaders can focus on high-impact work
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper, balancing access and opportunity
  • Coordinate executive team activities across functions
  • Drive leadership cadence (ELT, Board, investor, and strategy meetings)
  • Track priorities, decisions, and ensure accountability across leaders
  • Support execution of enterprise initiatives, strategic projects, and PE-backed growth priorities
  • Prepare executive-level materials: Board decks, investor updates, and performance metrics
  • Synthesize complex information to enable fast, informed decision-making
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the Executive Office, teams, partners, and investors
  • Manage high-level communications with clarity, speed, and discretion
  • Build trust and influence without formal authority
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and outcomes for Board and investor meetings
  • Ensure follow-up and execution on key decisions and commitments
  • Drive process improvements that increase Executive Office effectiveness
  • Simplify ambiguity, streamline workflows, and accelerate decision-making
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction and increase speed
