With over 200 employees and 40+ locations across the country, Choreo is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant based in Charlotte to provide administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), specifically our Chief Wealth Officer and in time our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can balance day-to-day executive support with project coordination responsibilities. The role is designed to evolve over time, with responsibilities increasingly centering on more dedicated CEO support, with continued targeted administrative support for select ELT members. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in helping executives operate efficiently, stay organized, and remain focused on strategic priorities. The right candidate will bring strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders, advisors, clients, and external partners.
