About The Position

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer plays a pivotal role in enabling two senior enterprise leaders to operate at the highest level of impact across a complex, global organization. This role extends well beyond traditional administrative support, functioning as a trusted operational and strategic partner, closely aligned to the executives’ priorities, rhythms, and decision-making processes. The EA serves as a force multiplier, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Strategy, and Finance while enabling speed, clarity, and execution across a Fortune 500 enterprise with 400,000+ employees. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, intellectually curious, and thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes with minimal direction. They will contribute as a key member of a collaborative, high-performing team that drives operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple senior executives simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Experience operating with a high degree of autonomy, driving alignment and execution across senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand enterprise priorities and translate into action
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and collaboration tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Executive presence and strong business judgment
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in high-stakes environments
  • Proactive, anticipatory mindset with the ability to think several steps ahead
  • Structured thinker with a bias for action and execution

Responsibilities

  • Owns and optimizes two highly complex executive portfolios, ensuring time is aligned to the highest-value priorities
  • Anticipates needs and continuously rebalances schedules based on shifting business demands and strategic priorities
  • Integrates inputs across stakeholders to create cohesive, forward-looking plans for executive engagement
  • Prepares executives with context, materials, and briefing insights to ensure effectiveness in every interaction
  • Drives alignment of priorities across Commercial, Strategy, and Finance by ensuring seamless coordination of initiatives, deliverables, and timeliness
  • Establishes and maintains operating cadence and leadership rhythms (e.g., staff meetings, business reviews, planning cycles)
  • Monitors progress against key priorities, surfacing risks, gaps, and dependencies to enable proactive decision-making
  • Translates broad direction into structured follow-through, ensuring execution across leadership teams
  • Supports preparation for earnings cycles, board engagements, strategy sessions, and enterprise reviews with high-quality, synthesized outputs
  • Serves as a central integrator across senior leadership, ensuring information flows seamlessly across teams and stakeholders
  • Partners with executive leadership teams to drive clarity, alignment, and follow-through
  • Drafts and refines high-impact communications, presentations, and executive materials
  • Acts as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising sound judgment to prioritize access, engagement, and decision pathways
  • Builds strong relationships across internal and external partners, including senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders
  • Ensures disciplined follow-up on key initiatives, decisions, and action items across both executive portfolios
  • Identifies and implements process improvements and simplification opportunities to enhance executive and team effectiveness
  • Coordinates cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment across multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Steps in to lead or support special projects, priority initiatives, and sensitive enterprise efforts as needed
  • Designs and executes seamless, globally integrated travel plans aligned to business priorities and commitments
  • Ensures logistics are coordinated with precision across time zones, stakeholders, and changing conditions
  • Facilitate all required paperwork with internal and external partners – including but not limited to visas, passports, invite letters, etc.
  • Manages expenses in compliance with company policies
