About The Position

Our client, one of the big 5 banks, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role focuses on executive coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day program operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, corporate environments
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting transformation or large-scale programs
  • Exposure to financial services, consulting, or regulated environments
  • Experience coordinating executive events, off-sites, or governance forums
  • Strong skills in preparing executive-level presentations and materials

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, town halls, and cross-functional sessions
  • Track action items, follow up on commitments, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and executive communications
  • Support onboarding, logistics, and access coordination for team members and contractors
  • Liaise with internal teams (HR, Technology, Procurement, etc.) to support program needs
