About The Position

The ideal Executive Assistant 1 is motivated, results oriented, administrative support professional committed to delivering outstanding customer service every day. This role will report to the VP of HR for Merchandising and Store Operations and also support the VP of HR for Stores.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative support experience supporting senior leaders or executives
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite. Intermediate to advanced skill in MS PowerPoint highly desired
  • Strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities to meet critical deadlines
  • Experience handling confidential information while maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders within a matrixed environment
  • Clear and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities (meetings, presentations, etc.) across multiple teams
  • Facilitate processes necessary to the effective running of the department
  • Review operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made and work with management to implement changes as appropriate
  • Set up and oversee administrative procedures and guidelines for department
  • Assist in maintaining department budget and expense reconciliations
  • Actively drive special projects as assigned
