Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years supporting senior executives in a complex organization
- Active Notary Public commission in the state of North Carolina (or must be obtained within the first six months of employment).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Administrative Professional certification is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, communications and priorities for the CEO, COO and Board of Commissioners
- Anticipate needs and prepare leaders for meetings and decisions.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate board meetings and all related logistics, materials and communications.
