As the Executive Assistant you will be an essential member of the team providing complex administrative assistance supporting our Executive Suite at Banner Washakie Medical Center. This position typically supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and oversees the Administrative staff for the C-Suite. Responsibilities include coordination of communications, maintaining and managing multiple challenging executive schedules, coordinating projects, maintaining task deadlines, running reports, analyzing data, translation into presentation material, presentations, working with administrative systems, handling of sensitive and confidential information, and coordinating with strategic partners in a collaborative environment. As the Executive Assistant we are seeking a professional with experience that demonstrates abilities with computer programs. Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a high level of sophistication to effectively communicate and interact with senior executives, internal and external to the organization. Must possess the ability to convey a professional image, as well as effectively represent the executive as appropriate in his/her relationship with external customers. Experience in a role that required confidentiality preferred. Must be a results-oriented professional with integrity and have excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions in complex and ambiguous situations. Be self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a very busy office. Have strong relationship building skills with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient and accurate typing and PC skills with advanced MS Office skills in all applications. Experience in a Hospital or Healthcare environment a plus. This is a Full-Time position, working 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm. With a 50-year tradition of quality caring, Washakie Medical Center in Worland, Wyo. is a 18-bed critical access hospital with "big city" capabilities. This includes a 64-slice CT scanner, 3D tomosynthesis mammography, 1.5 tesla MRI, Ultrasound, fluro, electronic medical records and a full service, state-of-the-art lab. Our trauma ED is staffed with full-time physicians and our surgery services include 24/7 CRNA coverage including OB epidurals, two general surgeons, orthopedic surgery, and ambulatory treatment. In addition, we provide a variety of wellness activities and feature an active rehab department. Worland sits in the Bighorn Basin area of Wyoming. We are situated 30 minutes from the Bighorn mountains, Wind River Canyon and an easy drive to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Your time outdoors can be spent in some of the most scenic areas of the country. POSITION SUMMARY This position typically supports Senior Vice President (SVP) or equivalent or a Large Facility Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other senior leaders by providing administrative services and assistance, of moderate complexity, requiring significant latitude of independent judgment and discretion on a routine basis. Additionally, this position handles a variety of situations involving the administrative function of the office, which often cannot be brought to the attention of the executive.
