About The Position

The Executive Assistant supports the Vice President of Revenue and CMO with complex administrative functions. This position is responsible for handling a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative functions. The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for routine matters and preserves the confidential nature of matters of which he/she has knowledge, coordinates activities to assure that deadlines are met and follow up on matters that have not been completed, organizes daily schedules, handles routine calls, assembles materials for reports, maintains incident reports, patient satisfaction surveys, and other data, schedules meetings, keeps minutes and other important records and other activities as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school completion or equivalent
  • Five years clerical experience in the field of healthcare services
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to adapt to a widely diversified group of responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several projects and deadlines at the same time
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with demanding personalities often under stressful circumstances
