About The Position

Core Properties is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Leadership Team, including two business owners, a Financial Controller, and a Transaction Coordinator. This role is crucial for driving multiple growing businesses within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, enjoys solving problems, embraces new technology, and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years of executive, administrative, operations, or business support experience
  • Experience with real estate transactions and title companies
  • Understanding of social media and marketing fundamentals
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in AI or willingness to learn & implement into everyday operations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Managing executive calendars, communications, and priorities
  • Coordinating real estate transactions and keeping property closings on schedule
  • Working with title companies and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Managing email correspondence and client communications
  • Maintaining and organizing CRM databases and company records
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and tracking lead performance
  • Assisting with social media management across multiple platforms
  • Scheduling meetings, events, travel arrangements, and company functions
  • Preparing reports, presentations, research, and business documents
  • Supporting special projects as needed
