The Role We are seeking a high-leverage Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Strategy Officer (Co-Founder) and EVP of Sales. You will be the air traffic controller for two of our most critical leaders, ensuring their time is spent on highest-value activities while proactively removing bottlenecks across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-Suite leaders in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Ability to understand the "big picture" and anticipate the needs of executive leadership before they arise.
  • Outstanding writing and verbal skills; ability to communicate with professionalism to external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in leveraging AI tools to automate administrative workflows, synthesize meeting transcripts, and draft executive communications.
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs and Slides.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Project Management software is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with absolute integrity.
  • A "no task too big or small" mentality with the flexibility to pivot as priorities shift in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

  • Attend high-profile leadership meetings; capture key decisions, synthesize action items, and drive follow-up to ensure nothing stalls.
  • Manage complex, high-velocity calendars for the CSO and EVP of Sales.
  • Partner with the EVP of Sales to assist in tracking sales performance metrics, preparing for business reviews and executive commit calls, and streamlining communication with the broader sales org.
  • Design and polish high-stakes presentations and briefing materials for Board meetings, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead special projects and research assignments that cross-cut departments.
  • Coordinate complex international travel and execute high-impact events, including executive off-sites, board meetings, and departmental sync weeks.
  • Manage expenses, reimbursements, and administrative duties in collaboration with HR and Finance to ensure seamless office and remote operations.
