The Executive Assistant supports the CEO, who leads Impact Genome and Mission Measurement and engages with government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, foundations, and other partners. The role owns the CEO’s inbox and calendar, communicates on his behalf, prepares him for important meetings, and ensures follow-ups are completed. The position is based in the company’s Lincoln Park-area Chicago office and is fully in person five days a week. It reports directly to the CEO. Travel is likely, at up to one or two trips per month. The job can involve multiple simultaneous priorities and days that do not always end at 5 p.m.
