Requirements

  • Possesses 1–3 years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative coordinator, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrates obsessive attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating order within fast-paced, evolving organizations.
  • Operates with high reliability and a proactive "hustle" mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and hybrid in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage high-volume calendars and executive inboxes to ensure maximum productivity for the leadership team.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics and plan team-wide offsites and internal culture-building events.
  • Lead day-to-day office operations and jump into varied administrative projects to support rapid scaling efforts.
