About The Position

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be a strategic and operational partner to Array's Chief Executive Officer, ensuring seamless calendar, email, and travel management. This is a high trust position at the center of how the CEO operates. This person will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, communicating in the CEO’s voice, moving priorities and cross-functional projects forward, and keeping important follow-ups from falling through the cracks. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet. They thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possess strong judgment, clear written and verbal communication, attention, and the ability to anticipate executive needs ahead of time. This is a high autonomy role, and candidates must have the ability to act on good judgement with limited oversight.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex executive calendars, high-volume inboxes, and travel logistics with precision.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with demonstrated judgment in representing the executive's voice and priorities.
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive business and personal information.
  • Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills, with a track record of operational excellence and autonomy in ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and travel/calendar management platforms.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives (founder, CEO, or equivalent), ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment
  • Background in client-facing, customer service, or public relations roles with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in early-stage startup, aerospace, defense, deep-tech, or venture capital environments.
  • Comfort working in a deeply technical environment (e.g. aerospace, defense, other complex engineering domains)
  • Proven ability to maintain a calm, proactive approach under shifting priorities, tight timelines, and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendar and scheduling demands while prioritizing critical business goals and balancing competing commitments
  • Manage the CEO’s inbox, drafting email correspondence for internal and external stakeholders in the CEO's voice
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for traveling parties
  • Prepare, review, and organize logistics for board meetings, investor presentations, and customer briefings or pitches.
  • Track key action items, follow-ups, and special projects across various teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of meeting outputs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, board members, and visiting guests, upholding high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
