The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Executive Director and senior leadership team of BCMOOR. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, which leads the City's comprehensive overdose response strategy, administers opioid restitution funds, and ensures compliance with Paragraph 97 of the Consent Decree. The Executive Assistant manages complex schedules, coordinates meetings and events, handles sensitive communications, and serves as a trusted point of contact for internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to the mission of reducing overdose deaths and improving public health outcomes in the City.
