About The Position

The Executive Assistant role is for an organized, quick, accurate, and proactive individual who enjoys supporting a fast-paced leader. The ideal candidate will be able to keep pace, anticipate needs, and bring structure without adding complexity. This role requires a servant's heart and a genuine enjoyment in making others more effective, understanding that their work contributes to the overall success of the organization. The Executive Assistant will work behind the scenes to ensure important matters are handled efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • The ability to move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Initiative—you notice what needs to happen and act on it.
  • The ability to shift priorities without losing track of the details.
  • Clear, confident communication and the willingness to respectfully follow up with others.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
  • A genuine desire to serve and make the people around you more effective.
  • Comfort with Google Workspace and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting an owner or senior leader is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in HVAC, construction, home services, or another fast-moving service business is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and communications.
  • Coordinate meetings and projects.
  • Track commitments and deadlines.
  • Prepare information and reports.
  • Follow up across the organization to ensure important details are addressed.
  • Handle sensitive information.
  • Assist with projects, errands, or other needs as they arise.
