Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives or management
- Experience in administrative support, office management, or executive coordination roles
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects and cross-functional activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify information and identify key issues
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of an organization
- Strong coordination and execution skills with the ability to follow through on multiple tasks
- Business partner mindset with a service-oriented and solutions-focused approach
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with systems such as Concur, Oracle, or similar enterprise tools (preferred)
- Experience with project or task management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support and event production organization for the Sales Kick-Off, special events, and team engagement activities
- Budget oversight for Sales Kick-Off, President’s Club and other Worldwide Sales programs
- Assist with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues
- Assist with the management of daily sales business operational activities
- Oversight of the Executive Briefing Center, coordinating speakers and accommodations
- Manage the quarterly Sales All Hands meetings, including awards, presentation, logistics planning
- Coordinate and managing the planning of the quarterly business reviews and other Sales Leadership meetings
- Manage all Sales Executive communications, regular and ad hoc – including Executive update, Club stack rankings, etc.
- Assist with Sales Operations communications, regular and ad hoc – including quarterly updates, etc.
- Assist with the development of presentations for board meetings, operations meetings and other key meetings
- Manage a virtual team of internal and external stakeholder relations to support Sales Leadership
- Prepare and maintaining operations documents and reports
- Perform administrative tasks, as necessary
- Review the Sales Team operations across business entities within the areas of responsibility
- Develop comprehensive metrics collection to support evolving business needs
- Plan, manage, and account for operating budgets within the areas of responsibility
- Manage key relationships with external service providers and vendors
- Manage key relationships ensuring correct alignment with business priorities
