Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and complete complex duties and projects with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to accurately work under pressure in meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass post-offer employment testing.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer drug test.
  • Ability to take and pass OSHA 30 certification.
  • Must have the ability to report to the Cedar Rapids office Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and Regional Vice Presidents (business and personal matters), including calendar management, scheduling, travel planning, meeting logistics, and expense management.
  • Administer internal and external communications on behalf of the President and Regional Vice Presidents, including email, phone correspondence, meeting scheduling, presentation materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, delivering exceptional client experiences through professional, responsive, and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their staff, ensuring accurate information is maintained within the CRM system.
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and binders for leadership team quarterly retreats and other executive meetings.
  • Create detailed briefing information to ensure the President is informed and prepared.
  • Coordinate personal and professional errands on the President’s behalf (e.g., vehicle maintenance, dry cleaning coordination, gift giving, reservations).
  • Execute special projects and assignments.
  • Professionally handle confidential, sensitive, personal, and proprietary information.
