About The Position

As an executive assistant, you will play an important role in the success of the organization by supporting the President & CEO and other senior leaders. You will be the strategic right-hand to the President & CEO, managing complex schedules, preparing for meetings and overseeing administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5 years or more of experience preferred
  • Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Kindness; you treat each person with respect and compassion, valuing each person’s story

  • Able to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipates and prioritizes the CEO’s needs, using sound judgment to manage information, logistics, and workflow in support of strategic leadership
  • Owns and optimizes the CEO’s calendar by proactively prioritizing competing demands, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Partners with the leadership team to prepare, refine, and coordinate high-quality materials for CEO review
  • Facilitates clear, professional, and timely communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Plans and executes executive travel, events, and organizational acknowledgements
