About The Position

We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly seasoned Executive Assistant to serve as a true business partner to the Head of ICONIQ Studio. A passion for excellence and a no-task-too-big-or-too-small mindset are essential.

  • Exceptional proactivity, ownership, and follow-through; takes pride in keeping people, projects, and commitments on track
  • Exceptional communication skills, unwavering integrity, and the confidence to engage with all levels of the firm and external stakeholders
