The Executive Assistant role is designed to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This includes managing calendaring logistics, planning, and executing team meetings and events to ensure a high-quality experience. The position also involves managing travel arrangements for the CIO and Chief of Staff, overseeing the financial responsibilities of the CIO's office, and serving as the primary point of contact for front-line communications (email, mail, phone calls) with a high degree of judgment, confidentiality, and discretion. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will assist the Chief of Staff with various project tasks to ensure goals and implementation are met.
