Role Overview: Ability to work onsite in our NYC office one or two days a week, or as needed We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support members of our Executive Leadership Team, including the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is a critical partner to our revenue and finance leadership, ensuring they are organized, prepared, and able to operate effectively at scale. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating structure and clarity for senior leaders. This position reports into the Chief of Staff to the CEO.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating travel (domestic + international preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and composure
  • Clear, polished written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion handling confidential information
  • Strong judgment and ability to anticipate needs
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting revenue or go-to-market leaders (CRO, Sales, Customer Success, Growth)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with expense management tools (Navan, Concur, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Own high-volume calendar management
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense management
  • Prepare materials, briefings, agendas for internal and external engagements
  • Act as an extension of executive leaders, ensuring they are prepared, informed and positioned to lead effectively
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

  • Hiring Ranges: Tier 1: $100,000- $130,000 Tier 2: $ 90,000 - $120,000
  • Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges. In addition to a base salary, employees may also be eligible to receive a target incentive and company equity in the form of stock options.
