About The Position

The Executive Assistant, Lead Support for Global Oncology Medical provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office through complex calendar management, correspondence preparation, report development, and communication coordination. This role requires advanced expertise, independent judgment, and proactive problem-solving to manage sensitive and multifaceted assignments, anticipate business needs, and drive task completion across stakeholders. The position involves developing materials and processes, maintaining effective internal and external communications, supporting executive priorities with minimal supervision, and occasionally mentoring less experienced team members. Success in the role depends on strong organizational skills, initiative, collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex systems and responsibilities while supporting high-level leadership objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Manages executive schedules with precision, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office professionally
  • Prepares and formats documents, demonstrating advanced proficiency in business software
  • Upholds the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information
  • Serves as an effective intermediary, facilitating clear communication between the executive and others
  • Provides guidance and support to junior administrative staff, enhancing team capabilities
  • Analyzes and addresses administrative challenges, applying creative problem-solving skills
