About The Position

Serve as the foundational support and primary executor for the Managing Deputy CIO. The Executive’s world moves at a relentless pace, defined by an expansive global network and a diverse portfolio of leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with both the Executive and Chief of Staff, forming a highly coordinated team that translates priorities into action. Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • High Agency & Agility: You are a proactive problem-solver who can hold the drumbeat while adapting to unexpected changes.
  • Proven track record of managing the complex universe of a C-Suite executive.
  • Unwavering Professionalism: Given the sensitive nature of the information you will handle, you must possess exceptional judgment and absolute discretion.
  • Extreme Reliability: You have a "never drop the ball" mentality and a commitment to precision. You are the person who ensures the trains run on schedule regardless of the pressure.
  • Excellent Communication & Sharp Detail Orientation: You possess strong written and oral communication skills with an elite level of attention to detail.
  • Connectivity: You are willing to stay connected and provide support, inclusive of off hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Executive’s calendar and scheduling ecosystem, proactively managing the intake of requests, commitments and competing priorities into a cohesive daily rhythm.
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to align the Executive's time with strategic priorities, ensuring focus is directed toward the highest-value priorities.
  • Maintain a close partnership with the Executive’s family PA to ensure professional and personal lives integrate flawlessly.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and representative for the Executive across a high volume of communications and stakeholder interactions.
  • Manage an extensive network of internal and external relationships with exceptional judgment, responsiveness, and discretion, ensuring stakeholders receive thoughtful and effective engagement.
  • Manage the operational details that enable the Executive to perform at his highest level, and handle the essential daily details that keep the Executive on track, including coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
  • Maintain the highest standards of administrative rigor through meticulous expense management, compliance tracking, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and operational excellence across all administrative responsibilities.
