About The Position

Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking experienced Executive Assistants to provide executive level administrative support to senior leadership at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) at its Headquarters in Washington, DC. These roles directly support DFC leadership and operations and require professionals who can perform in a fast paced, high visibility federal environment. This position is contingent on contract award.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Three to five years of experience providing executive or administrative support in one or more of the following environments: Federal government, International organization, Financial institution, Comparable executive office environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work on site during DFC core business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM, with flexibility within the 8:00 AM to 6:45 PM window

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience supporting senior leadership within a federal agency
  • Experience supporting procurement or acquisition processes
  • Experience in development finance, international organizations, or financial institutions
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level administrative and executive support to DFC Senior Leaders and their offices
  • Organize and prioritize a high incoming flow of work and correspondence
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and official engagements
  • Respond to and coordinate requests for meetings, invitations, and events
  • Greet and escort guests at DFC Headquarters
  • Maintain control and tracking systems to ensure timely responses and task completion
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other official documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications including email and phone coordination
  • Assist with travel coordination and voucher processing
  • Maintain records and databases, including tracking projects and deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders on administrative initiatives and data calls
  • Process internal ethics clearances for speaker participation at events or widely attended gatherings
  • Support procurement and acquisition processes under appropriate supervision
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required
