About The Position

A rapidly scaling technology company is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to its first-time Founder. Requirements

  • Experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or senior executive within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to partner with first-time founders and navigate rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong inbox and calendar management experience with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and making thoughtful decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Highly organized with outstanding project management and follow-through skills.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Naturally proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine sense of ownership.
  • Thrives in startup environments where flexibility, resourcefulness, and adaptability are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to the Founder, managing a complex and ever-evolving calendar, scheduling priorities, and strategic time management.
  • Own inbox management, helping prioritize communications, draft responses, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner by helping organize priorities, prepare for meetings, and drive accountability across key initiatives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents to keep the Founder informed and prepared.
  • Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong communication.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items across multiple workstreams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Leverage technology, productivity tools, and AI-driven resources to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Help establish and improve operational processes as the company continues to grow and evolve.
