About The Position

Atlantic Health Strategies partners with mission-driven behavioral health organizations to provide expert compliance, licensing, accreditation, operational, and administrative support. We work with providers across the continuum of care, including detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, and mental health treatment programs. Our team helps organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements, strengthen clinical and operational systems, and build sustainable programs rooted in quality care, integrity, and long-term success. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and creative Entry-Level Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in our Downtown West Palm Beach office - think Intracoastal views, a professional environment, and walking distance from Palm Beach Atlantic University. This is a great fit for a recent college graduate who is eager to build real-world experience in business operations, communications, and organizational strategy. You don't need years of experience - you need the right skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine desire to learn and contribute.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Canva - you know your way around a well-designed document or graphic
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written communication skills - you can write clearly and professionally
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • A professional, proactive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Some project management experience - whether from coursework, a campus role, internship, or job
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional social media platforms
  • Any exposure to healthcare, behavioral health, or regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Keep leadership organized - calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
  • Draft and polish professional emails, internal communications, and reports
  • Create and format documents and presentations using Microsoft Office and Canva
  • Support our social media presence, including LinkedIn content and coordination
  • Organize files, track project deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Help coordinate meetings - agendas, materials, notes, and action items
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion in line with HIPAA standards
  • Pitch in on special projects and operational initiatives as they come up
