  • Play at all levels – you're equally comfortable drafting a high-stakes email, helping prepare all hands materials and booking a flight itinerary.
  • Proficient in English – given the international nature of our team and clients, strong English proficiency is a key asset.
  • Leverage AI to work smarter – you're comfortable using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, draft communications, and streamline workflows. You see AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty.

Responsibilities

  • Own the founders' calendars – you'll manage scheduling across both co-founders, prioritize meeting requests, and protect time for deep work and strategic priorities.
  • Streamline communications – you'll help manage inbox triage, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up on key threads.
  • Prepare for meetings – you'll gather context, prepare briefing notes, help draft slides and track action items so the founders stay focused and ready.
  • Support cross-functional projects – you'll take on ad hoc research, operational tasks, and special projects that keep the company running smoothly.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics – you'll handle end-to-end travel planning, from flights and hotels to detailed itineraries and expense reporting.
  • Be the connective tissue – you'll liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the founders.
