This position reports to the Executive Vice President of Administration. This role serves as a critical role in a business by assisting key credit union executives and Board members with scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant provides support to the CEO and Executive staff through scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings, and any other administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. This role requires the ability to exercise good judgment and confidentiality in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities.
