About The Position

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide support to the Vice President, Chief Communications Officer who leads a global marketing function that builds Adobe’s reputation, trust and engagement with key stakeholders through strategic communications, media relations, executive visibility, impactful and innovative events and corporate social responsibility initiatives. It strengthen Adobe’s voice in the AI arena and deepen trust with customers, creators and communities. This organization connects customer intelligence with strategy to guide investment and innovation. This organization as a whole is part of the Global Marketing Organization (GMO). You will collaborate closely with executive-level customers, partners, senior leaders, E-team, SVP & VP EAs and teams within GMO, product, engineering, legal, sales, etc. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will thrive in ambiguity, have a low ego and be willing to roll up your sleeves with the team. You will excel in building rapport internally and with customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting senior executives.
  • Ability to use enterprise tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Concur
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sophisticated (complex) VP calendar management
  • Be responsive to key external and internal partners, with contact outside normal business hours for time-sensitive situations (e.g customer meetings).
  • Represent Adobe, the VP and team in a brand-building light through thoughtful, friendly, and timely follow-through and sound judgment.
  • Ensure VP has customer or event briefing and context in advance of meetings. Prepare presentation materials from standard library as needed.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives. Prepare expense reports. Arrange team offsites & customer visits.
  • Manage vendors, purchase orders, and team events, as needed.
  • Work across many internal groups including, exec comms/PR, event coordinators, research/engineering, product, sales, legal, strategy & ops.
  • Prepare administrative and operational Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports
  • Participate or lead special projects, as appropriate.
