Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our President and CEO and ensure the smooth, thoughtful, and effective operation of the CEO Office. This role involves more than just calendar management; it requires serving as a trusted partner to the President and CEO, supporting the Board of Directors, preparing executive materials, tracking priorities, and facilitating connections between people, information, and decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess sound judgment, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage details without losing sight of the overall objectives. The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO’s calendar and priorities, coordinate Board and committee activities, prepare briefing materials and communications, and ensure key follow-up items are addressed. Additionally, this role will provide support for executive meetings, leadership activities, community engagement, interactions with donors and partners, and special projects requiring organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
