About the team Our team plays a crucial role in supporting the executive leadership and ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience working with senior-level executives or C-Suite leaders within and outside the company.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced role reporting to a Corporate Officer.
  • Handle complex tasks and projects with a high degree of risk.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and conference calls for executives, ensuring seamless communication and effective time management.
  • Oversee meeting planning, coordination of agendas, and management of confidential tasks that align with Worldpay’s strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other Executive Assistants and key stakeholders, acting as a "gatekeeper" to facilitate smooth interactions and uphold trust with the senior leadership.
  • Anticipate business needs and provide informed insights to senior leaders, ensuring timely responses and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Analyze diverse problems, requiring initiative and independent judgment.
  • Edit and distribute materials, manage internal communications, and ensure clarity and professionalism in all correspondence.
