About The Position

We are an operator-oriented investment platform focused on acquiring and scaling lower-middle-market businesses through control investments. We are long-term oriented and partner closely with management teams to drive operational improvement and durable value creation. The firm is currently investing its first institutional fund, with approximately $300 million of committed capital, focused on control-oriented private equity investments across targeted sectors. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership across investment, business, and select personal matters. This is a trusted role requiring discretion, judgment, and strong ownership. The role requires the ability to anticipate needs while supporting a fast-moving investment platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, principals, or founders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; comfort with scheduling tools and collaboration platforms

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple priorities and time zones
  • Coordinating travel logistics and itineraries, including last-minute changes and multi-stop travel
  • Serving as a key point of contact for inbound communication; managing inboxes and drafting correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings with investors, business owners, brokers, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing documents for signatures, maintaining organized records, and supporting document workflows
  • Tracking action items, follow-ups, and deadlines; ensuring commitments are executed reliably
  • Supporting internal process organization, including meeting notes, agenda preparation, and light project management
  • Handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Assisting with ad hoc personal and administrative tasks as needed
