This role provides high-level administrative support in our New York office supporting senior leaders across our Equities and Wealth divisions.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible, and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinates meetings, and prioritizes executive schedules
  • Process expense reports and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Execute various ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as assigned
