Manage executive correspondence, communications, and inquiries while exercising sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion. Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other business documents using Microsoft Office and other business systems. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including air travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and related logistics. Review and compile data to prepare reports and support executive and departmental business activities. Maintain organized filing, recordkeeping, and follow-up systems to ensure efficient office operations and support business objectives.
