About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our founder. This remote, part-time role involves managing inboxes, calendars, and to-do lists, as well as supporting strategic projects and providing administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks, coordinating cross-functionally, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in calendar and inbox management.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in building and maintaining SOPs.
  • Cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting strategic projects.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the founder's inboxes: triage, draft replies in his voice, surface only what needs him.
  • Own calendar and scheduling end to end, including judgment on what's worth his time.
  • Stay on top of everything on the founder’s plate, his to-dos, and active projects, and prioritize them so he starts each day already knowing exactly what to work on.
  • Build and maintain SOPs.
  • Work cross-functionally: coordinate across teams, keep projects and people moving without being chased, and pitch in on projects across different departments as needed.
  • Support strategic projects: research, planning, and execution.
  • Provide admin and back-end support.
  • Handle occasional personal admin.
