Executive Assistant

EndexNew York, NY
Onsite

About The Position

The Executive Assistant at Endex is an operational backbone of the company. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to keep the organization running smoothly — owning the systems, logistics, and coordination that allow everyone else to operate at their best. This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in building structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and finds satisfaction in making a high-performing team even more effective.

Requirements

  • Proactive Organizer: You don't wait to be asked. You identify gaps, build systems, and create the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-moving team on track.
  • Relentlessly Resourceful: Ambiguity doesn't slow you down. You figure things out, find the right people, and get things done without a playbook.
  • Execution-Oriented: You follow through. Tasks don't fall through the cracks on your watch, and you hold yourself to a high standard on every deliverable.
  • Strong Communicator: You write clearly, communicate proactively, and know how to manage up, down, and across a team.
  • Low Ego: You're confident in your abilities but focused on outcomes rather than credit. You listen well, welcome feedback, and understand that great support is a competitive advantage.
  • Discretion: You'll be trusted with sensitive information across finance, legal, and personnel matters — and you treat that trust seriously.
