Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong experience in calendar management (required)
  • Proven ability to manage complex travel arrangements
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders (e.g., founders, partners, executives)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and social media management
  • Basic marketing coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and build structure from scratch
  • High level of discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing commitments
  • Coordinate and book complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Help establish processes and systems to improve efficiency and organization
  • Manage and support LinkedIn and social media presence
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts to increase visibility
  • Assist with basic marketing coordination and content execution (not strategy-focused)
