This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a high-performance position designed to protect CEO time, structure executive workflows, and ensure strategic priorities move forward with clarity and discipline. In this role, you will: Proactively architect and protect CEO time around strategic priorities Elevate executive meeting discipline with clear agendas, decisions, and ownership Drive closed-loop follow-up across senior leadership Support investor and board preparation with professional polish Translate complexity into structured summaries and actionable plans Maintain an organized, professional office environment that supports focused execution When successful, the CEO experiences reduced cognitive load, tighter meetings, seamless investor coordination, and stronger execution discipline across the organization.
