The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Vice President and Director of Electrical. This position supports executive priorities, project administration, billing documentation, meeting coordination, departmental communication, event planning, and cross-department support. The Executive Assistant is expected to learn all major areas of EdgeHill Integrated Systems well enough to provide backup support when team members are out of office or unavailable. This role works closely with project teams, Elmington operations, internal departments, vendors, and leadership to keep communication organized, documents accurate, and action items moving forward. All activities will be performed in support of the values of Elmington Construction: Integrity, Precision, Growth, Driven, Relationships.
