About The Position

Veriswap is a barter marketplace for sports cards. We’re a team of high-performers on a mission to allow collectors to trade sports cards anytime, anywhere. Requirements

• Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at problem-solving with minimal direction.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• AI-savvy, comfortable with email platforms, calendar tools, and travel booking.
• Availability is required from 9AM–6PM EST, including weekends.
• Workload is task-based and varies day-to-day. You may not be actively working the entire time, but you are expected to be on call and responsive during listed hours / Proactively check for updates and follow up on open items

Nice To Haves

• Veriswap uses Asana, Slack, and Google Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage email inquiries
• Clean up and re-organization of Exec’s calendar
• Various ad-hoc research tasks such as researching the best supplier for cardboard boxes, or buying unique gifts for our top traders.
