About The Position

The Executive Assistant Virtual Assistant serves as an administrative partner and a proactive LinkedIn lead generation specialist. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective clients based on the Ideal Client Profile (ICP), building genuine business relationships, and uncovering lead needs to position company services effectively. Alongside strategic client outreach, this role manages executive calendars, travel logistics, financial tracking, and daily operational support with discretion and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record in LinkedIn lead generation, candidate/client sourcing, and outreach.
  • Proficient in searching for and filtering leads via Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and engaging prospects in meaningful, non-transactional dialogue.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to actively listen, diagnose business challenges, and articulate solution value.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Google Meet), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, and calendar/task management software.
  • Practical background in administrative support and basic bookkeeping/expense tracking.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and willing to work graveyard shift hours.
  • Available for a full-time job.
  • Main Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent. RAM: 8 GB or higher. Storage: Minimum of 112 GB. Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
  • Backup Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent. RAM: Minimum 4 GB. Storage: Minimum of 112 GB. Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
  • The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn to identify high-quality prospects aligned with the Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
  • Initiate personalized outreach and build authentic, conversational rapport with prospective clients.
  • Analyze prospective leads' business needs and articulate how company services solve their pain points.
  • Drive high-value engagement that moves prospects through the discovery phase toward potential partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for company executives, managing internal and external communications.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, handle travel logistics, and take meeting minutes.
  • Format professional communications including emails, memos, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and oversee general administrative workflows.
  • Track daily business expenses and compile basic weekly, monthly and quarterly bookkeeping reports.
  • Maintain logs of outreach activities, lead responses, and pipeline progress.
