About The Position

This role provides high-level administrative support to the Head of School and the Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) at Epiphany School. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, prepare documents, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing complex calendars and scheduling.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an educational setting, preferably an independent school.
  • Familiarity with school administrative systems or databases.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of basic financial principles or operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars for the Head of School and CFOO, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing appointments.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including parents, faculty, staff, and external partners.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for the Head of School and CFOO.
  • Maintain confidential files and records with a high degree of discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support, including office organization and supply management.
