National 4-H Council is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer (CPO) and advance the priorities, operations, and work of the People & Culture function. This role serves as an executive operating partner to the CPO and an operational enabler for the People & Culture function, creating capacity for the CPO to focus on organizational performance, talent, culture, and strategic priorities. The Executive Assistant will manage the CPO’s time and information, establish effective operating rhythms, prepare the CPO for critical meetings and decisions, coordinate shared People & Culture priorities, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear actions and recommendations. The position is primarily performed in a remote work environment or professional office, with occasional travel and in-person meetings required.
