As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our chief executive — managing priorities, protecting time, and ensuring that every meeting, communication, and commitment moves forward with purpose. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of executive administrative experience, ideally supporting a CEO or senior executive
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a polished, professional presence
  • A commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit environments is a plus — but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination to keep priorities on track
  • Screen and manage executive communications — emails, calls, and correspondence — with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare reports, briefing materials, presentations, and executive correspondence
  • Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries as needed
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Maintain organized records, filing systems, and executive documentation
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and CEO-led initiatives
