Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive administrative support within healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and scheduling appointments using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
  • Manage correspondence via phone systems, handle phone etiquette professionally, and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations with high accuracy through proofreading and transcription tasks.
  • Handle personal assistant responsibilities as needed, including travel arrangements and personal scheduling for the CEO.
