About The Position

This role involves managing the CEO's complex calendar, prioritizing engagements, and ensuring optimal time utilization. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support for meetings and executive governance, including preparing agendas, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables. A key aspect of the role is serving as a gatekeeper and liaison, facilitating effective communication between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership, board members, clients, and partners is crucial. The position requires planning and coordinating complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense tracking. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for organizing executive-level events, board meetings, and leadership offsites, managing all end-to-end logistics and communication.

  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring effective communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, board members, clients, and partners.
  • Represent the CEO with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense tracking.
