Executive Assistant to the CEO

Remedy RoboticsSan Francisco, CA

About The Position

Remedy Robotics is dedicated to revolutionizing cardiovascular care by making state-of-the-art vascular intervention accessible to anyone, anywhere. We are developing the world's first remotely-operated, semi-autonomous endovascular surgical robot to address the limitations caused by the scarcity of specialist surgeons. Our innovative system has already enabled doctors globally to perform procedures remotely from vast distances. We are now seeking to expand our reach by bringing this technology into hospitals nationwide. This role is crucial in supporting our CEO, who is simultaneously managing relationships with investors, clinical partners, regulators, legal counsel, and a rapidly expanding team. The Executive Assistant will gain deep insight into all facets of the business and play a significant role in its operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, possess excellent situational awareness, and handle all responsibilities with the utmost discretion.
