Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day office operations and ensure the workspace runs smoothly
  • Welcome guests, candidates, and interviewees into the office
  • Coordinate interview logistics and candidate experience
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for work trials and visiting team members
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to Founders
  • Assist with operational and administrative projects across the business
  • Help support in-office events, meetings, and team activities
